Step 2 – Bookkeeping Strategy: We’ll identify all of your bookkeeping challenges, clean up your books, categorize transactions, setup automation rules, and provide recurring reports.
Step 3 – Software Setup: Determine if we can support your current bookkeeping software, or if we’ll need to migrate your historical transactions over to a bookkeeping software we do support.
Step 4 – Monthly Maintenance: We’ll manage your books on a frequent basis to ensure its free from error, all transactions are being categorized effectively, and all receipts/invoices are uploaded.

Depending on whether we’re able to support your current accounting software it can take 1-2 days. However if you’re using a software that we’ll need to migrate its data too, this may take 5-7 days.
