Clients must respond promptly to requests for information and documents. Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or inaccuracies in the services provided.

Notwithstanding, the above, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will strictly not be shared with any third parties.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms are as follows:
- Invoices will be issued monthly/quarterly/annually, as agreed.
- Payment is due within [number] days of the invoice date.

10. SMS & Mobile Communications
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from MyBookly Accounting, you agree to the following terms regarding our mobile messaging program:
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. The number of text messages you receive will depend on the services you request and your interactions with us.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Costs & Carrier Liability: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
