Step 1 – Free Consultation: We will have a free consultation discussing accounts receivable situation, and how we can help recover money owed to you, and how we can prevent it from happening in the future.
Step 2 – Automation: We’ll generate the invoices for you using software, we’ll track which customers have a history of unpaid invoices, and/or how long they take.
Step 3 – Following Up: We’ll build relationships with your customers and partners to ensure they are away of overdue payments, and the result of them not paying on time.
Step 4 – Automated Reminders: We’ll create reminders through automation using SMS messages, emails as well as manual phone call reminders.
Step 5 – Vetting Your Contacts: We’ll create a vetting criteria depending on your business and if this is something you want to implement. We can avoid customers or partners with a poor history of paying on time.
Step 6 – Dealing With Collections: We’ll work with a collections agency to manage any accounts which are overdue on payments, and structure a payment plan that works for both parties.
Step 6 – Recurring Updates: We’ll provide you updates and reports on which customers and partners are outstanding, comments on each account, and how much they’re expected to owe. This will help you determine if you want to continue providing service to them.
